The dream that shaped 'GreenLeafSalad' was clear: to offer true Neapolitan pizza right here in Naples. Established by the Rossi household in the year 1985, our little pizza shop has grown from its humble beginnings, with cherished recipes passed down from ancestors.

The foundation of 'GreenLeafSalad' was set by Marco Rossi who perfected her pizza craft while exploring Italy, particularly training with esteemed Neapolitan pizza chefs. After returning to the UK, her mission was to replicate that distinctive Italian pizza magic, valuing classical approaches and premium components.

Starting as a quaint 12-seat eatery, we've evolved into a staple of our neighborhood without sacrificing our dedication to excellence and genuineness. We continue to bake using traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our pizza dough from scratch every day, and seek the finest ingredients we can lay our hands on.

Through the years, 'GreenLeafSalad' has stayed within the family, fostering a second-generation of the Rossi to take the helm of our zealous crew. Even as we've adopted modern touches, our essence remains unaltered: to create scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites our community.
